Eight COVID-19 deaths reported today in South Dakota, the total climbs to 210.
Active cases in Brookings County increase by 5 to 121. The overall case count is up 15 to 719. There have been 2 deaths in Brookings County and 11 hospitalizations. The County is in the “substantial” community spread category.
Statewide, active cases increase by 183 to 3291. Total positive cases increase by 463 and are now at 20,097. The number of people who have recovered is 16,596. Current hospitalizations increase by 2 to 194.
