Nominating petitions and information packets available for Brookings City Election

Nominating petitions and candidate packets are available at the City Clerk’s Office for the
upcoming City Election.
Two City Council seats will be up this year. Each is for a three-year term. The seats are currently held by Joey Collins and Brianna Doran.
In addition, one seat on the Brookings School Board is up this year. That seat is currently held by Wes Tschetter. You can visit the school business office for petitions and more information.
This year’s election is set for April 11th.
The last day to file petitions is Friday, February 24, 2023, by 5:00 p.m.
