One COVID-19 death reported in South Dakota Monday, the total is now 1981.
Active cases in Brookings County drop by 4 and are at 55. Total cases increase by 2 to 4207. There have been 37 deaths in Brookings County and there are 4115 recovered cases. The ever hospitalized number is at 154. The County is in the “substantial” community spread category.
Statewide, active cases decrease by 40 to 1211. Total cases increase by 77 to 123,310. There are 120,118 recovered cases. Current Hospitalizations increase by 4 to 81.
Fifty-five percent of the state has received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine.
