Water Artist Making Magic For Guests At Walt Disney World

Walt Disney World custodian Joel Hernandez Rodriguez doesn’t just help keep the park clean, he spreads joy by drawing Disney characters on the pavement with his unique water artwork.

Sometimes he even lets guests help!  How cool is that?
