Eleven COVID-19 deaths reported in South Dakota Friday, the total is now 1684.
Active cases in Brookings County decrease by 7 to 217. Total cases are up by 12 to 3353. There have been 32 deaths in Brookings County and there are 3104 recovered cases. The ever hospitalized number is at 115. The County is in the substantial community spread category.
Statewide, active cases increase by 1 to 4090. Total cases have increased by 319 to 106,716. The number of people who have recovered is 100,942. Current hospitalizations decreased by 8 to 177.
Some 69,104 vaccinations have been administered in the state, 1799 of them in Brookings County.
