Brookings County Sheriff’s Department investigates stolen ATV

The Brookings County Sheriff’s Department is investigating the theft of an ATV from rural Brookings.
Assistant Sheriff Scott Sebring says it was reported Thursday afternoon and had happened sometime between 7:00 pm Wednesday and 10:00 am Thursday.
The 1998 Polaris 300 was taken from 1516 44th Street South and has a value of about $1500. It’s green with a ball hitch and black plastic racks on the front and back.
