Nine new COVID-19 deaths reported in South Dakota today, including an additional death in Brookings County. The statewide total climbs to 384.
Active cases in Brookings County drop by 12 to 364. The overall case count is up 13 to 1426. There have been 5 deaths in Brookings County and the “ever hospitalized” category is at 45. The County is in the “substantial” community spread category.
Statewide, active cases go up by 745 to 11,933. Total cases increase by 1270 to 42,000. The number of people who have recovered is 29,683. Current hospitalizations increase by 17 to 412.
