One COVID-19 death reported in South Dakota Friday; 29 new cases in Brookings County

One COVID-19 death reported in South Dakota today, raising the total to 170.
Active cases in Brookings County drop by three to 182. The overall case count is up 29 to 431. There has been one death in Brookings County and six hospitalizations. The County is in the “substantial” community spread category.
Statewide, active cases went up by 19 today to 3032. Total positives increase by 259 and are now at 14,596. The number of people who have recovered is 11,394. Current hospitalizations are up by 13 and total 89.
