Three new COVID-19 cases reported in Brookings County

No additional COVID-19 deaths reported in South Dakota over the weekend, the state’s total remains at 65.
Three new cases were reported in Brookings County. The total is now 23 with seven of them active. Brookings County is now listed as having one hospitalization. There have been 939 negative tests reported from the county.
Statewide, active cases have increased by five since Friday to 1038.
Total positive cases increased by 161 to 5438. The number of people who have recovered is 4335 and current hospitalizations are at 87. There have been 51,622 negative tests reported in South Dakota.
